All danish is sold frozen and unbaked, allowing you to choose the day and time you want to enjoy.

Good to Know:
- Danish needs to thaw and rise for 12 hours before baking
- If it is rainy or drafty, put in oven (turned off) to rise
Danish Sizes:
- Mini Danish: 2-4 people – $20 each
- Danish: 6-8 people – $30 each

How we started:
In 1984 my mom and grandma started making this danish recipe that they found in a McCall’s cooking school magazine. Originally, it was filled with an almond paste, but my mom, with her wisdom and creativity decided to make a few tweaks to the recipe and do more than just an almond filling. Of course, being from Texas, you have to have a pecan filling! The creativity continued, and today we have various fillings for you to enjoy with your friends and family.
This quickly became a family Christmas tradition, and we simply could not keep it to ourselves. So we bring our tradition to you!
